Each ARV of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize is Five thousand

Trip must be taken on/between January 1, 2027 and December
31, 2027.
Entry Period 2 Grand Prize must be booked at least 30 days prior
to intended visit date. All elements of the Grand Prize must be
redeemed at the same time. Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winners
and Guests must stay together on the same itinerary. If winner
elects to partake in any or all portions of the Entry Period 2
Grand Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no
Guests, the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will be awarded to Entry
Period 2 Grand Prize winner and participating Guest (if
applicable), and any remainder of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize
will be forfeited. If an Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winner is
under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of departure, an
Entry Period 2 Guest of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winner
must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of
their stay in order to check-in to the hotel.
Unless child or ward of Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winner or
one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be 18 years of age
or older as of the date of departure.
Entry Period 2 Grand Prize is nontransferable and has no cash
value. Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winners’ Guests
(or an Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winner on behalf of their
Guest who is a minor and their child/charge), will be required
to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All other
expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but
not limited to, airline tickets, airline baggage fees, taxes,
tips, souvenirs, incidentals, entertainment, transfers, personal
expenses, ground transportation, and any transportation between
airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole
responsibility. Entry Period 2 Grand Prize Winners (or Guests if
winner is under 21) will be required to provide a valid major
credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as
determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel
check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals,
beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and
any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room
will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event
that a Grand Prize winner or their Guests engage in behavior
that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole
discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is
intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person,
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the stay early and/or
eject them from any portion of the stay or applicable Park, in
whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and their
Guests home with no further compensation to an Entry Period 2
Grand Prize winner. Sponsor and Universal Orlando are not
responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to
circumstances beyond Sponsor or Universal Orlando’s
control, inability of winner or Guest to take Entry Period 2
Grand Prize benefits in accordance with applicable rules and
restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or
in connection with the Prizes or related activities.
Lost, mutilated, or stolen Park Tickets will not be replaced. By
accepting an Entry Period 2 Grand Prize, Prize winners agree to
abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the
applicable Park and each Park venue. Sponsor is not responsible
if a Prize winner does not use Park Tickets on day of
reservation. Sponsor is not responsible if the Park has a
delayed opening or is closed for any reason and the applicable
Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed.
Released Sweepstakes Parties will not be responsible for Acts of
God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any
other natural disaster outside of Released Sweepstakes
Parties’ control that may cause the closures of the
Park(s). Park tickets are subject to issuer’s standard
terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check
policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and
limitations may apply. Entry Period 2 Grand Prize winners and
their Guests must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols
in place at time of Park entry. All Prize details are in
Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Park closure, that
portion of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will go unawarded and
no additional compensation will be provided.
Universal Orlando Resort Terms: Each Park
Admission Ticket is valid only on the date selected and printed
on the Park Admission Ticket. The Park Admission Ticket will
expire in full on the expiration date printed on Park Admission
Ticket. The Park Admission Tickets are non-refundable,
non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on
all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid
only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or
entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather
or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change
or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the
owners of Universal. Unless otherwise stated, Entry Period 2
Grand Prizes do not include admission to separately ticketed
events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the
CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In
Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission.

lives within a 150-mile radius of the destination city,
round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air

If a Prize (or portion of the Prize other than Six Flags Magic
Mountain tickets and Park Tickets) becomes unavailable, Sponsor
will substitute a Prize or portion of equal or greater retail
value, as permitted by law. No transfer, cash or other
substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute
Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail
value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one
Prize per person/household per Entry Period.
General Rules: By participating in the
Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and
Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all
matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone
access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’
online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole
